CODE OF CONDUCT FOR ALL PLAYERS

 

A player should:

  • Respect Our Coaches AT ALL TIMES.
  • Our Coaches intend to use every form of our training only to Benefit & Develop the player, Therefore Abiding by the instructions of their Coach is Key.
  • Our Coaches will make every effort to ensure your session is enjoyable & beneficial to your development, We would like all our players to do the same in terms of everything including – Attitude, Behavior, Listening & Effort.
  • Not use inappropriate language.
  • Lastly, Enjoy the Process. We are for You!

*We also expect All Parents to behave in such a manner, No Verbal or other Abuse will be tolerated*

HOW IT WORKS

 

  • We Train on both the 3G Pitch and a Grass Pitch at the following address (You will be informed on what surface we will be training on upon booking confirmation)

One Leisure St.Ives Outdoor Centre,

California Road,

St. Ives,

Cambridgeshire,

PE27 6SJ.

 

  • There will be at least One Football Coach present per session. That is in a 1 to 1, 2 to 1 and also a small group aspect.

 

  • Sessions will usually last between 50 Minutes –  1 Hour. We advise Players to Arrive No later than 10mins prior to our session.

 

  • Every Player Or Player’s Parent will have to complete a short *PARQ form (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) Prior to our session, This is for Insurance Purposes. *We would only need to usually do this the very first time you take part in a session, But if anything you have recorded medically on the form changes before further sessions, we would then need to be made aware and if we deem physical activity is not appropriate for the player, then in this case the session will be cancelled.

 

  • All training equipment will be provided for your session and all you need to do, is bring yourself in your football kit and boots and/or appropriate footwear you choose and a drink for refreshment.

 

  • Our Coaches are at Least  FA Level 1 Qualified, DBS checked, First Aid trained and have undertaken Safeguarding training.

In the case of the player being Under 18 we would expect them to be accompanied by a Parent/Adult for the duration of the Session. *The Session will NOT take place if there isn’t at least one adult present for an Under 18 Player*

This is to safeguard both us and you!

…We also think this is a great way for you to track their progression first hand in what we hope will be a valuable time of training for them.

 

 

  • ALL PAYMENTS FOR SESSIONS WILL NEED TO HAVE BEEN PAID AND RECEIVED AT LEAST 72 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR ALLOTTED SESSION, THIS IS TO SAFEGUARD OUR BUSINESS AND COACHES IN THE CASE OF ANY UNEXPECTED CANCELLATIONS- (AS WE HAVE TO BOOK A SLOT AT OUR VENUE BEFORE HAND) SETTING UP OF THE EQUIPMENT, TRAVELLING COSTS AND GIVES US ALLOWED TIME TO OFFER THE SESSION TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER.

 

  • ONCE PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN PAID THERE IS A NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY ON ALL SESSIONS.

 

  • WE ALWAYS AIM TO PLAN OUR SESSIONS ON DAYS WHERE THE WEATHER WILL BE KIND TO US, BUT IN THE CASE WHEREBY THE FORECAST MIGHT DRAMATICALLY CHANGE AND IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT VIABLE FOR US TO TRAIN, THEN IN THIS CASE WE WILL RESCHEDULE OUR TRAINING SESSION FOR ANOTHER APPROPRIATE OCCASION THAT SUITS YOU/US AND YOU WILL NOT LOOSE YOUR MONEY. PLENTY OF NOTICE WILL BE GIVEN IF RESCHEDULING NEEDS TO TAKE PLACE.
